Terms and Conditions – Cashback:
1. This offer entitles the end user to cashback in their Bank Account (NEFT) Or UPI. The customer will be responsible for their choice of the cashback transfer method. The denomination of the cashback will be mentioned on the voucher/scratch card.
2. By redeeming the Offer provided on the same, a participant agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions below (“Conditions”).
3. These Conditions apply to every person ("Participant”) redeeming the offer given by Premier Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd; No claim shall lie for any redemption requests made after the expiry of the Offer Period.
4. The customer will be responsible for entering details such as UPI ID, Account No, etc. Premier Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd. will not be responsible for any incorrect entries or details on the promotion website. No change in details will be entertained once you have submitted the booking.
5. The payment processing partner holds the right to refuse transactions deemed fraudulent as per their policies.
6. In the event of any fraud detection, the payment processing partner reserves the right to modify/change, discontinue, terminate, withdraw the Offer at any time during the Offer Period.
7. In no event shall Premiere Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd or its partner agency be held liable for any issues relating to the redemption of the voucher including redemption requests not being honoured by the payment processing partner.
8. In no event shall the maximum liability exceed the value of the voucher i.e. Rs. 30.
9. Any disputes or differences in connection with the offer shall be governed by laws of India and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts at Kolkata.
10. The payment processing partner reserves the right to restrict cashback for any account with suspicious behaviour or invalid details/credentials. The payment processing partner has the right to ask for documents to prove the customer/user's identity.

Terms & Conditions - Food Voucher:
1. This Voucher entitles for Rs. 100 off on Food Orders on Partner App in select cities of India.
2. Post the issuance of the unique code to the customer, the customer has 30 days to claim the reward, beyond which the code shall stand invalid.
3. Offer is valid on Partner Mobile App Android and iOS Version only.
4. Offer is valid once per user, one code can be redeemed only once.
5. Offer is valid on select prepaid payment modes only, i.e., they will not be applicable on orders under Cash on Delivery. The customer will have to adhere to all T&C of Food Delivery Partner including completing KYC formalities to avail the offer.
6. Offer valid for a single restaurant bill value only. The voucher amount can only be applied on the food amount only. Restaurant Charges, Order Packing Charges, Delivery Charges & Taxes to be paid by the customer.
7. Offer not applicable on Domino's COD Orders as per Partner platform rules.
8. Partner reserves the right to cancel/ change/modify/add/delete any of the terms and conditions of the offer at any time without notice. In such cases, Premier Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd will provide an alternate reward of equal value which will fulfill our promotional obligations with you.

10. Partner reserves the right to deny honoring the offer on the grounds of suspicion or abuse of the offer by any customer without providing customer any explanation thereof.
11. In no event shall Partner or Service Provider be liable for any abuse or misuse of the code due to the negligence of the customer.

15. Food vouchers are non-refundable, whether one uses it or not.
16. Food voucher cannot be treated as a cash equivalent under any circumstances or interpretation and the vendor shall under no circumstance exchange the voucher for cash.
17. The validity of food Vouchers cannot be extended; new vouchers cannot be provided against the expired/unused Vouchers.
18. Multiple food vouchers cannot be clubbed in a single transaction.
19. Food Vouchers cannot be returned, reloaded or resold.
20. The food voucher cannot be combined with other special offers or promotions that may be on.
21. Lost/ stolen food vouchers will not be replaced/ compensated in any way by Service Provider or any vendors associated with this promo on.
22. If the order value exceeds the food voucher amount, the balance must be paid by the voucher holder by eligible payment methods available on partner’s App
23. One promo code can be used in one single transaction and the balance cannot be used for subsequent transactions.
24. In no event shall the maximum liability exceed the value of the voucher i.e. Rs. 100.

General Terms and Conditions of the Contest:

If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorized intervention or fraud, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to invalidate any customer; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.

If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned because of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, technical failures or any other causes beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion, subject to any written directions made under applicable State or Territory legislation.

Caution: Any attempt to deliberately damage the Promoter's promotional website or the information on the website, to cause malicious damage or interference with the normal functioning of the website, or to otherwise undermine the legitimate operation of this promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, whether successful or not, the Promoter reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.
